Constructive organisational and social change requires a change of attitude, relevant knowledge and time to plan and act. It also requires analytical, dialogue and management skills.

The Humble Bees are experienced educators, researchers and development practitioners who support individuals and organisations to improve their constructive social change work. They do so through applied or/and action research, training, mediation and facilitation of dialogue and exchanges.

It is both a pool of consultans, offering services to external clients,  and a community of practice, organising spaces of learning, sharing and support.
