Study on family – work conciliation

We are collecting stories about real families from around the world that demonstrate that it is possible for parents to successfully maintain careers and raise children at the same time, despite challenges.  Our goal is to write a book in which we tell these stories and investigate the measures that make success possible, be it government policy, family support, corporate policy, personal resourcefulness, community support, or a combination of several measures.  We would like our book to be a source of inspiration to parents and prospective parents and also to be a useful tool for policy makers involved in making decisions that affect parents in the work force.
